Three gaps are quietly capping the site, each one fixable, and each one part of this proposal.

A storefront that doesn’t yet sell

Trust signals that haven’t moved over
Corporate video, current partner logos, the 3P partner pitch, the things that make a B2B buyer comfortable, are either missing or sitting in the old site, not the new one.

Visuals and content lagging the catalogue
Product shots, the event gallery, and a blog presence all need to catch up to where BPE actually is today, not where it was when these assets were last touched.
Rather than a scattered punch-list handled by whoever’s free, the remaining work is grouped into four workstreams that build on each other, then handed to one team that stays on after launch.
WORKSTREAM 01
The homepage moment and the trust layer around it.
WORKSTREAM 02
Commerce & Partners
Turning two static pages into two working channels.
WORKSTREAM 03
Visual & Content System
Product imagery, gallery, and a real content engine.
WORKSTREAM 04
What keeps the site current after we ship it.
The homepage is the highest-traffic page on the site. It should feel current the moment it loads, and prove BPE’s credibility before a visitor scrolls.
Banner film refresh
The homepage hero video re-cut with current visuals, in step with where the brand is now.
Partner marquee update
The logo strip brought up to date with every partner BPE has earned since the last pass.
Corporate story on film
The corporate video embedded on the About page, so the company’s scale is seen, not just read.
Partner program surfaced
A clear line from About Us into the partner program, instead of leaving it to a footer link.
Two of the site’s most important pages currently describe a capability instead of delivering it. This workstream makes both transact.
Buy Online, populated
The full product range brought onto the storefront with accurate specs and pricing structure.
Payment gateway, wired in
Checkout connected end-to-end so an order placed on the site is an order BPE actually receives payment for.
3P Partner Program, built out
A dedicated page carrying the pitch, terms, and application, not a paragraph, a program.
Become a Partner, connected
The existing partner CTA pointed at real content instead of a placeholder.
A UPS site lives or dies on whether the product looks credible next to the spec sheet, and whether there’s fresh content bringing people back.
Product imagery overhaul
Every product shot recomposited against a single, consistent background system and matched to BPE’s latest catalogue lineup.
Event gallery, redesigned
A layout that actually does justice to the exhibitions and installs BPE shows up at, not a generic image grid.
Blogs, given a home
A dedicated Blogs page and template, built so BPE’s team can publish into it without our involvement each time.
Shelf-tested, print-ready
Mockups tested at shelf distance and thumbnail size, then dielines and print-ready files with printer coordination through production.
A revamp that isn’t looked after drifts back to where it started within a year, stale products, outdated partners, a form nobody noticed had broken. Workstream 04 is what prevents that.
Content, kept current
New products, partners, events and blog posts added on a standing monthly basis, no separate quote for every small update.
Commerce & forms, checked
Checkout, payment flow, and every lead form tested regularly so a silent failure doesn’t cost a sale or a lead.
Uptime & performance
Site health, load speed and mobile behaviour monitored, with fixes made before BPE’s team has to flag them.
A standing hours block
A monthly allowance of senior design & development time for the smaller asks that come up between quarters.
A full review, then commerce, then the visual system, then QA and launch, with care beginning the following month.
Week — 1
Audit & Setup
Full review of the current Webflow build, content collection from BPE (catalogue, video, logos, partner terms), payment gateway account setup.
Week — 2
Commerce & Partners
Buy Online populated and connected to checkout; 3P Partner Program page designed and built; About Us and homepage trust elements updated.
Week — 3
Visual System & Content
Product imagery overhaul, event gallery redesign, Blogs page and template built and populated with the first posts.
Week — 4
QA & Launch
Cross-device testing, payment flow test transactions, final review with BPE, go-live. Care retainer begins the following month.
Black Lotus is a boutique design & development studio, senior attention on every deliverable, one team accountable from strategy to shipped.
Design and development, together
The person who designs the page builds it. Nothing gets lost, softened, or reinterpreted in a handoff.
Editorial-minimal craft
Restraint and precision applied to an industrial, technical brand — so BPE reads as premium without losing credibility.
Founder-led, senior-only
You work directly with the founder and designer. Every page and product shot gets senior eyes before it ships.
Built to be maintained, not just delivered
We think about who updates the site in month six from day one — that’s what the Care workstream is built around.

Specific questions.
Does this replace the work already done on the new site?
No — the existing Webflow rebuild stays as the foundation. This proposal works inside it to finish the pages and content that aren’t live yet, and to keep it current afterward.
How long until Buy Online can actually take an order?
Product population and gateway integration are both covered in Week 2 of the timeline — by the end of that week, checkout is functional and in test-transaction mode ahead of launch.
Can you work directly inside our existing Webflow project?
Yes. We work inside the current build rather than rebuilding it, so nothing from the prior agency’s work is thrown away.
Is the maintenance retainer locked in for a fixed term?
No. It runs month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. If a month’s requests exceed the standing hours block, we flag it before doing the work — never after.
